Each set of Word Tracks is packaged in a protective shrink wrap and contains exclusive content. If your deck is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return the deck and a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, once the deck is opened and the seal is broken, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the proprietary nature of the information.
